SHIPPING

Important information:

All orders that are placed from 08/27/2024-09/03/2024 will be shipped after the 09/05/2024!

Please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks or longer until your order is ready to be shipped depending on the amount of orders that are being processed.

Only shipping with tracking is available with the new shop update (01/13/2024).

Ordering A3 sized prints will result in higher shipping fees.

Where is the shop located?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! 🌍 Shipping fees will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery is not possible for:

Asia: Afghanistan, Yemen, North Korea, Syria
Oceania: Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu
Africa: Libya

Do you provide tracking?
Yes! Shipping with tracking is the only option available atm. You'll receive your tracking number (DHL/Deutsche Post) via email once your order is ready to be shipped.

When will my order be shipped out?
Batches are shipped about 2x a week! I try to pack und ship as fast as possible. 🙇🏻‍♀️✨ You will receive an email when your order is ready to be shipped. Please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks until your order is ready to shipped depending on the amount of orders that are being processed.

All orders come with freebies as long as my stock lasts!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Germany: 2-4 days
International: Can vary between 1-4 weeks.

The transport and delivery of international shipments may take significantly longer than usual due to the ongoing global pandemic.
As a result of the airspace bans currently in place over Russia, Ukraine, and other countries, various flight connections have been interrupted.
Because of that, longer transit times can be expected in some cases for shipments to long-haul destinations. That particularly applies to destinations in Asia and Oceania, but also parts of Africa.

How are the items packed?
Orders that consists of only A5/A4/stickers are shipped securely in flat-mailers with cardboard backings.

Orders that also include larger A3 sized prints will be rolled up for long-distance shipping.
A3 sized orders that are shipped within germany will be layed out flat in a Din A3 sized cardboard box.

Keychains will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap.

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Please keep in mind that ordering A3 sized prints and keychains will result in higher shipping fees.

Payment

Only Paypal.
Debit/Card possible: Choose "Pay with PayPal". Click the option "Pay with Debit/Card".

Exchange and refund policy

In general, I do not accept any returns or cancellations.

Items can only be exchanged if the items arrive damaged or don't align with your order!
In case of any damages upon arrival or mistakes with your order please contact me via email [email protected] and send proof.

My store will not refund or replace any lost packages. If your order has not arrived yet, please contact your local mailing service instead.
